How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship from Brisbane, Australia. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days, with express options available at checkout. International orders typically take 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship Wall of Sound merch, magazines, and music worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.
What's your returns policy?
We offer returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging. Sealed vinyl, magazines, and music cannot be returned once opened, except in the case of manufacturing defects or damage in transit. To start a return, get in touch via our contact page with your order number.
My vinyl/magazine arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Packaging issues happen occasionally despite our best efforts. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
How do I find out about limited edition and exclusive drops?
The best way is to sign up to our newsletter — subscribers get first access to limited edition vinyl, short-run merch, and exclusive drops before they're announced anywhere else. We also post about new arrivals on our Instagram, but stock on the smaller runs tends to move fast, so the newsletter is your best bet to avoid missing out.
Do you offer pre-orders, and when will I be charged?
Yes, we regularly take pre-orders on upcoming vinyl releases, new magazine issues, and limited merch drops. Your card is charged at the time of order, and we'll ship the item as soon as it lands in our warehouse. Estimated release dates are listed on each pre-order product page, but please note dates can shift based on supplier timelines.
